About the festival

Munich is an international city brimming with diverse cultures. This rich diversity presents a wonderful opportunity to unite and celebrate our vibrant community.

The festival features the Toastmasters Speech Contest of District 95, Division D, Areas 1 & 2. This prestigious event is a platform to showcase the talent of speakers presenting in both English and German. 

Besides the Speech Contest, the festival also offers a myriad of creative writing and performance activities. These activities aim to entertain and stimulate the creativity of all attendees. 

So, come join us at this festival, meet your neighbours, and enjoy a memorable, Instagram-worthy weekend!

9am: Registration

9.45am: Opening Address 

10am: English Speech Contest 

1pm:  Lunch Break

2pm: German Speech Contest 

5.45pm: Award Ceremony

6pm: Networking & Dinner

This festival is open only to attendees aged 18 and above due to the unrestricted nature of speech topics, content, and language. We appreciate your understanding.

About the venue

Our venue at Kulturzentrum LUISE is only 10 minutes away from München Hbf by U-bahn. The theatre has a seating capacity for 100 people.

Kulturzentrum LUISE is a cultural hub for a variety of community engagement projects. It offers a wide range of art workshops, concerts, theatre performances, and exhibitions.
